The heat shield is an important part for energy saving, which can keep the temperature of injection molding mold stable. It is often used as a necessary part for injection molding of engineering plastics and super engineering plastics. The use methods of heat shields are generally divided into the following 2 types:
　1. Fix it to the pressing plate of injection molding machine for use
　2. It is fixed behind the mold fixing plate for use

The selection criteria of heat shields include the following items
1. Heat resistance temperature: the approximate standard is the following recommended use temperature
? Recommended use temperature is below 100 ℃
? Recommended use temperature below 180 ℃
? Recommended use temperature below 220 ℃
? Recommended use temperature is below 400 ℃
? Recommended use temperature below 500 ℃

2. Material: the material is related to the recommended temperature and compression strength, and is divided into the following types
